Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before being shipped to your address. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.
🎄 Holiday shipping notice
Due to the holiday season and increased demand, shipping times may take up to 30 days in some cases, though this is not typical.
We kindly ask customers to place their orders with this in mind. Delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.
By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge that shipping delays caused by holidays, carriers or customs are outside of our control. Orders that arrive after Christmas are not eligible for refunds based solely on delivery timing.

⚠️ Important shipping notice — high demand update
Due to the recent demand for TheSnugRabbit™, stock is currently limited. To maintain our quality standards, new units are being manufactured.
As a result, shipping and delivery times for this period may range between 25–30 business days while production catches up with demand. Once production is stabilised, all orders will return to our standard delivery times.
To ensure smooth logistics during this period, returns for this specific production batch will be accepted once the order has been delivered. In this exceptional situation, return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
